Race Information
The race course is a 3.1-mile lollipop that begins and ends in the brand new, . Each mile will be marked along the course, and a water station will be provided at mile marker 2 (humans and K9's refuel together).
In order to ensure the cleanliness of our race route, disposal bags will be provided in all runners' race packets, and per the waiver, are required to be maintained in possession of all runners for the duration of the race.
Race packet pickup will take place from 7:30-8:45am, inside the Historic 4th Ward Park.
Race starts at 9AM.
All racers will be provided food and beverage at the end of the run (again, both peeps and pupsprovided for). A post-race expo will feature sponsor and Historic 4th Ward Conservancy booths, as well as an information table hosted by our race beneficiary, Atlanta Pet Rescue and Adoption. In addition, the post-race activity will include giveaways sponsor-donated products based on race bib numbers.
The awards ceremony will be held at approximately 10:15am, with presentation to the top-3 male and female finishers in each of the following age groups:

Turn-Turn Route (parking)
(Participants will park in the parking lot just west of the Masquerade on North Ave [next door]. Participants will then proceed toward the Masquerade, taking a right on N. Angiers Ave and walking approximately 100 yards to the start line area)
- START – Race begins at corner of North Angier Ave and Dallas St NE
(In Historic 4th Ward Park)
- Route proceeds northward through Historic 4th Ward Park past the
AMLI apartment complex on the right
- Left on Ralph McGill Blvd (rolling closure)
- Right on Ashley Ave
- Left on Willoughby Way (runners will stay on left and loop at the
new 4th Ward Skate Park. Runners will return, passing Ashley Ave –
timing service will ‘split’ out and back street segment with cones)
- Left on Fortune Street
- Right on Fortune Place
- Right on Glen Iris Drive (rolling closure – partial right lane)
- Right on Angier Ave NE, looping and returning to Glen Iris Dr ive via
Rankin Street
- Right on Glen Iris Drive (rolling closure – partial right lane)
- Right on Dallas Street NE, looping and returning to Glen Iris Drive
via Morgan St NE
